Listening and watching the ego battles between the father and son takes place everyday publically and the family drama NEVER ends. You will be dragged into the family drama and will be publicly shamed if you do absolutely anything incorrectly. Most of the time, you get yelled at for no reason because the family just needs someone to take their anger out on, which is their employees.
