Great co workers and Rewarding growth in students. The location is right in the heart of Grand Rapids so its easily accessible from the highway

Minpunten

The management (higher up) is very unreasonable concerning pay increases. I got a raise then they took it away two weeks later due to budget cuts... beware the dangling carrot...

Compensation. Due to being a grant funded school, the compensation is not the greatest.

The beginning of the school year is always enjoyable but the 2nd to the 3rd quarter is always stressful.

Minpunten

Administration not holding parents accountable for their child’s academic and putting that weight on the teacher. Showing favoritism, and lack of support. Feedback seems to be always negative. Job description does not match the overall work of the teachers.
