      So, I joined recently, and I have completed one week of training. As of now, I don’t have much idea about the floor environment because I haven’t started working on the floor yet. Talking about the training process, it has been very knowledgeable and well-structured. PrepCA provides a complete one-week training period because the organization wants to ensure that new employees do not face challenges while working on the floor.

      As for the cons, one thing I noticed is the lack of stability. Many employees tend to leave the organization within a short period of time.

      Supportive trainers and management. Regular meditation sessions help reduce stress and create a positive work environment. Good learning opportunities for freshers, decent work culture, and achievable targets with proper guidance.

      Work pressure can increase during peak admission/sales periods, but it is manageable with good time management.

      Pluspunten

      Beginning with the training sessions at PREPCA it is going good as everything is going successful. Every morning here starts with meditation and hanuman chalisa which gives a positive vibe for the whole day and it helps to stay motivated towards work.

      Minpunten

      Starting from the day I joined, I have seen many good things going on in the office but till today as it's 7th day working for PREPCA I haven't seen anything going in a negative way. So I dont't think there are any negative points working with PREPCA
