In this company, you are given a lot of leeway and freedom to conduct your job in a manner that suits you best. However, at the end of the day you must be accountable for your actions and always do right by the clients. The wealth of knowledge and experience that I have gained while working for this company is priceless, and I have made several life long friends along the way.

The family like culture may not be for everyone, especially those who are looking for a traditional corporate job. It is expected of the employees to do their jobs without a ton of oversight, and roll up their sleeves to fill in the gaps whenever a team mate falls short. If your motto is "This isn't in my job description" then this may not be the company for you.
