      They function as a unit, team members are respectful and showed me the ropes when I started. I have a beautiful office and great benefits.

      Minpunten

      I would have to say the cons are having to use my vehicle for work and the added miles on the car.

      Many of the coworkers are very easy to get along with The work is gratifying

      Minpunten

      Management is a clique. They claim to welcome feedback but they will use it against you on a review and/or as a disciplinary action. Very retaliatory. The job description they hire you for is incomplete. They will expect you to take on additional responsibilities without any compensation or title change. Not doing it will get you labeled as "not a team player."
