Pluspunten
- Getting fired because I got out of that prison - Projects on projects on projects depending on their judgment and your competency - On some days, you may not be doing anything. You can get paid for doing nothing. If you're trying to coast and if you're a robot, this is the job for you
Minpunten
- Barely any all-hands-on-deck meetings even though the size of the company is relatively small - Communication surprisingly is bad - Small work area. There's about 30+ people working and one small break room seating max. 5-6 people - Snacks are/were unhealthy - 90% of the time, people are on their phones - Coworkers are very clique. - Lack of privacy. Depending on where you sit, people who walk up and down the main hallway can see what you're reading/doing/watching. - People here play favoritism, and can be highly officious and passive aggressive - They will talk about you behind your back and drop you like a fly without notice - Some people there are socially inept and aren't aware of their privilege, which is highly problematic because; - One of the CEO's asked me, "Isn't this company a melting pot of culture?" To which I replied with, "We only (at that time) have 1 Black, Indian, and Mexican persons working here. We're not a melting pot of culture." Then, he said, "But isn't (insert person's name here) enough for Mexicans?" And I was flabbergasted. I turned to one of my coworkers who entered the break room and asked him, "Are we a melting pot of culture?" he replied with, "No, we only have 1 Black, Indian, and Mexican persons working here." 6-9 months later, Primity hired 2 more Indian and Mexican people. I'm sure they still have just 1 Black individual currently working.
