Excellent place to rapidly build your skill set. You are given significant ownership over your projects and infrastructure from day one. Strong camaraderie among colleagues who are always willing to jump in and troubleshoot during high-pressure situations.

Close to home & cosy office.

Poor business sense, need to perform multiple rolls. Incompetent management only interested in their own promotion, benefits and bonus. Losing business due to very low bids for government contracts.
