Minpunten

It is very much on your shoulders as a contractor to network within PD and find project managers that need your skills... only a con if this is not your style.

Community within the company is available if you want to indulge. You learn something new every day. New ideas are always encouraged. It's a smaller company - this is a benefit to some, but a con to others. Really enjoyed my time working for Priority Designs.

If you're not a self-starter, you will not thrive. Flat structure is hard to get used to at first. It's a smaller company - this is a benefit to some, but a con to others.
