Constant change: Progressive is forward thinking & does well at trying and testing new procedures to gain an edge on the competition. An excellent place to learn the business and develop a widely marketable skill set.

Career ceiling is now one step above entry-level; low salaries compared to the competition. Constant change: eliminates continuity in handling at all levels, resulting in wretched communication between management and the worker bees. The company appears to be slowly re-centralizing operations to lower-paid regions and in the process is eliminating growth and opportunity for lower-level employees, as well as RIF'ing or demoting lower- and middle-management.
