Lack of financial capital is holding the company back. Understaffed resulting in holding back new product development and inability to follow up on new sales opportunities.

Interview was a total misprepresentation of the position, the role is a marketing role for lead development under the guise of being in business development. Every person in the same position, as I later learned, was fired after a short period. No warning of termination - and the day of firing, they ask you to sign a waiver not to sue.
