Get ready for lots and lots of meetings. On the sales and marketing side of the house, lots of status updates but very little idea collaboration.

Most of the people at Promet are incredibly hard workers. They truly care about their work and their customers and will go above and beyond to get their jobs done. Most people at the company genuinely like each other and want you to succeed.

Minpunten

High turnover in several departments, many people are severely overworked. Management generally does not respect employees’ boundaries.
