Pluspunten
PromptWorks was a great place to work. I always felt as though my voice was heard and respected and that I had the support of the Founders and my manager. I was given the flexibility to drive my own path at PromptWorks while also being guided when needed. Being a non-engineer (and the lone administrative position) at an engineering focused tech company sometimes made it difficult to feel included in the culture and conversations that happened around the office, but I always found a warm social atmosphere at lunch, at the foosball table, or over a beer at the end of the week. It is impressively clear when you get to know staff at PromptWorks that everyone genuinely cares about the quality of their work and takes pride in doing things the right way. I was blown away by the depth and breadth of software development, user experience, and project management knowledge possessed by everyone there. I respected even more that that knowledge did not come with arrogance or an air of superiority. Everyone there was as capable as they were humble.
Minpunten
While the engineering positions and position ladders were will defined, the administrative ones were not which sometimes made it difficult to know what would be the path forward. Management was aware of this, however, and provided me with the resources and guidance for other options to grow at PromptWorks.
