Minpunten
The owner of Pronto Progress is Tim Proksch, a.k.a. Hunter T. Kingsley. Proksch-Kingsley is a perfect example of a bad boss who compels his employees – often the best performers – to leave. There is much truth to the saying, “people don’t quit their jobs, they quit their bosses.” Proksch-Kingsley will diminish you as an employee through control and denigration. You will feel as though you’re walking on eggshells and you’ll be intimidated to ask for help and you’ll remain silent and struggle through a coding problem on your own. No matter how skilled you are, you will never become a valued employee. Your input will not be solicited. You’ll be expected to support even unethical behaviors in a desire to reap some professional benefit and hope to get along with the boss. You will become so unhappy at work that you will disengage, and eventually quit. Don’t waste your time interviewing with this place. You deserve a better work environment. If you’re not convinced by reading this, read the other honest, yet unfavorable reviews about Pronto Progress. There are dozens.
