Amazing people to work with, and some great learning opportunities. I have been able to use external learning budget to improve my skills & mindset. My manager is open, supportive and committed to helping us grow within our roles, even with the red tape in their way at times. I am able to completely be myself at work, not only am I accepted, but celebrated for who I am. Work/life balance is good, because my manager rocks! A lot of people did not understand the job of our CEO when he first started, and lots definitely missed what he was trying to do with his sense of humour. He’s going to continue to drive this company to bigger heights through growth & innovation and I see him for the human being he is, with a job to do! Change can be painful, but there is no growth without change!

There can be communication issues at times, but I can’t see that being different anywhere else. Promotions can be slow & salary increases could be better, especially for women… but I know they’re actively working on that.
