Nothing good about this Company

SAY NO TO THIS COMPANY Worst Company.... Worst MD... Worst TL... 1.I have worked for 1month. 2.They don't know how to talk to people. 3.They will not give your salary on time. 4.They cheat their client and give wrong commitments. 5. 4-5 Team leaders(TL) play a cheap level of politics towards the employees of the company. 7.NO courtesy towards employee treat them like dog's. 8.Rules and Regulation changes with in seconds. 9.No action is taken if you complain. 10.They have no value of their words. 11.Career growth is 0 in this company. In short they run a shop not a company, do what they want. 12.Hr is also irresponsible. She is never going to listen employees problem.

No pros in the company

Worst company!!!!! I had work in this company for 5 months, worst culture and worst management, They hold the salary of the people, and won't give the incentive, I had done 4 bookings in one month so my total incentive was 40k ,but i have not get anything in hand, because they deny to release my incentive. I resigned from this company because they said they have descreses my salary ,and can't be able to give the salary amount that they have commit. Please do not waste your time in this company, they terminate the peoples without any reason, and also if you are working then be aware of sanjay adwani and sadiya, they were always busy in politics,
