This has resulted in maintaining headcount and even adding headcount at clients where I've seen other firms cut out completely. Leadership balances the both the human and business sides of work life and seem to care about employees' growth.

Not always great diversity of client projects - most are interesting and challenging in their own way, but not all will feel sexy (which is true of most day to day work anyway).The company is working to diversify types of client engagements, but this will likely be an uphill battle until the economy recovers further.
