      Pluspunten

      I like everybody at the company and we have the freedom to do what we think is right. There's a lot of trust, and we take calculated risks pretty often. We're careful about adding new people, and that keeps a strong culture that cuts down on bureaucracy and policy. From a consulting point of view you get to work with large, big name clients without having to travel Monday - Thursday. We take on interesting work that's important to our clients.

      Minpunten

      We're small and growing fast, which means we're all wearing many hats and constantly stretching. If you're looking for a title, a rigid structure, or to just put in your time for a guaranteed 2-3% raise every year; then we're not for you. We're also not a fit if you're looking to put in a few years in consulting for the resume bump.

      We owe it to our current team to make sure the people we add are also great. High performers can be trusted to make good decisions, and people like you need that to exercise creativity and autonomy. You're right about it not getting any easier to keep doing great so we'll keep working hard. If you think of anything we can do to improve, please let us know! We're on this growth path together.

      Very fast paced environment with a high expectation from employees. Schedule not flexible, expected to be in office or client site at least 4 days a week.
