The best part of Propeller, by far, is the people. As one of the founders once said, our product is our people - good work comes out of that naturally. We invest a lot in our recruiting and interviewing process, but we believe that at the end of the day, we get the best people. Unicorns. The founders and senior staff are all very supportive of employees in multiple ways - work-life balance, trust in us as professionals, high expectations matched by high support, the willingness to put people before dollars. I believe that as we continue our exponential growth and start to grow and spread, it will be a challenge to keep that mentality and family spirit. As we start to get layers in the firm and people adjust to new levels of interaction and responsibility, there are growing pains - nothing we can't get through.
