Pluspunten
The benefits were really great and the salary was very competitive. Co-workers were great to work with and it was a good culture.
Minpunten
Lack of communication, management would say one thing and do another. Promotions internally seemed great but put people in roles where they had no experience. Seemed very much to be a hire/fire company. Can't confirm this as it's hearsay but I believe someone was fired even while on STD. Had the air of caring about it's employees but deep down really didn't.
