Dis-functional, no structure, way too many changes is beyond ridiculous ! passive aggressive, blame and bullying culture Low PAY! no benefits... unrealistic targets based role Many staff members are off sick with work related stress high turnover with many staff members are leaving NC - skeleton staff incompetent managers, Expect certain managers to takes Credit For Your Work lack of knowledge of the employment market, many managers are not qualified to deliver Information Guidance and advice. this company allow this type of behaviour by not having clear guidelines and value statements in place that stress the importance of recognising employees for their work. Some managers feel threatened by certain employees. Expect mood swings and tantrums in the office. management are challenging, fickle and constantly changing their minds, they can trigger never-ending false starts. management will deliberately not listen to their staff. They don't want to hear your viewpoint. No guarantee of permanent role backbiting is constant, managers have spreads rumours and gossips about their staff, it's disheartening and awkward — and entirely unprofessional. power, authority, showmanship are important over knowledge and ability Managers will stick to together, regardless if one their own colleague is wrong. Too many overpromises by management , no truth, lack of general feedback Some management expects you to be just like them and some are pushy and overbearing. obvious favouritism No support No respect No Communication Little or no career progression within the workforce HR are completely useless, they are unwilling to cooperate, never answer your emails Old fashioned Management style are unreasonable and needs to stop immediately... i cant believe they allow ridiculous methods in this company to continue

If you're good at data management (there's a lot) and working very very quickly, absolutely fine job It's heavy on problem-solving and managing your own skills and knowledge, so if you're very independent, bonus Talking to customers is wonderful because you don't have the same rules as Work Coaches If you're independent and can just get on with it, the job itself is wonderful. The other advisers are lovely. Working with Job Centres, really nice and will help you feel part of the team. The power structure itself makes everything fall apart.

In the day-to-day, seeing people and making CVs and giving advice is fine as long as you're decent on a computer - and I mean pretty decent, and quick, there is A LOT of paperwork and rules. As soon as management, quality, HR, IT get involved, it's the worst day of your life. So much belittling and micromanaging, nasty mentalities in managers who will never help you, rude higher management who do not care about anything except for what you're doing for the business. Are you bringing in money for the company? No? Then leave. There was a manager here who died this year, and he may have been the last decent manager this contract had. Managers will also try and lie to your face to get you to do what they asked. An extreme amount of ego and constant power trips, and they will try and blame you for problems every single week. Considering it's an employability service, the only thing they care about any more is profits, financial profiles, bringing money in. Started making everyone redundant who wasn't an adviser. The training is AWFUL. It only teaches new advisers how to follow their rules.
