Company does not care for it's employees you are just a number to them. No matter the amount of time you put into the company. All your hard work will go unnoticed. Customers blame you when things go wrong(even when you have nothing to do with it) Underpaid No bonus program worth doing anything extra for All the incentives goes to the DM's and above Pressure sales Pressure google reviews. The company even recommended take the phone from customer to write own review. All the employees are pressured to do it. And if you do not give the 5 star review the DM calls or tries to contact the reviewer to change there reviews. When you do not cave in to the company they will find a reason to fire you. If you live on the property they will give you 3 days to move (that can't be legal) Worst is that brakes ins happens on a weekly basis and the company does not care for the customer especially if you do not take there insurance and if you do good luck getting anything from the orange door insurance. The property manager is blamed for the brake ins most of the time by the customers. You will not get weekends off or holidays off. Most the managers who have been. There for years still do not get the schedule they desire. The abuse you receive from the customers (sometimes physically) the upper management does nothing about infact they will erase any footage from the camera that might be of use to you in the case something happens to you at work. This is the worst company to work for unless you want to go through all this
