Great co workers and manager, incredibly sad to see the group fall apart

- Management was out of touch with the reality of being a sales professional - Treated like children, and not valued - You will be incentivized with trips, cars, clothes, hats, and so much more...everything BUT money - Pay is a lie. You will be told you will make a bajillion dollars a year. What they fail to mention is that the pay cycles take 6 months because installs do not go though, customers cancel due to horrendous customer service, and then when the installs do go through they will destroy your customers house, leave crap everywhere, do the install wrong, etc. And then the company will reduce your commission as a result. ANY other solar company will pay you way more, have better financing, less issues, less lawsuits, and not threaten you for leaving. Please please please do not waste your time working here unless you enjoy paying out of your pocket to work here. Also you get no business in the winter, which is half the year or more
