Great team with amazing colleagues. Spurs of abnormally busy periods but gets through as a team. Great internal opportunities.

The job is very monotonous, but this is the same as any other admin job.

The low level staff are personable and nice CEO and top level management are nice

Minpunten

Head of sales and mid management. Pay is poor You don't matter as a person. If you have an opinion, you will be removed. Unpaid overtime is expected on an almost daily basis. Micro managed Contradictory targets and KPIs

Senior leadership don't listen to what their staff have to say, people are not valued Lack of communication and accountability. Values are a joke
