Training is good. Fun class. Informative. Most customers are friendly even when they're upset.

Minpunten

Literally back-to-back calls. Problem after problem. No time to read your emails, Katie (information source), instant messages, do adherence. Everything must be read while on the clock with back - to-back calls. Supervisors are hands-off. Management doesn't seem to grant pto. You'll be waiting months for a response that never comes.
