Great trainer, started out great

Corporate micro managing, penalizing when internet or power down even though most work from home all over the country, wanting CS to keep adding sales and not even giving enough time to handle customers that call in with massive complaining, many returns, wanting all their hundreds to thousands of dollars in easy pays gone over, Time limit of 4 minutes, to do all that plus add sales and up sales, totally unreasonable for the customers that call in that wanted CS to spend all day with them, even if it was just to listen to complaints. Customers calling in almost on a daily basis closing their accounts due to the costs and changes.
