      Pluspunten

      When I worked for them, they were really good at picking top talent among software developers. There were three interviews, each questioning different aspects of what they were looking for in a developer. There was and actual reason for it, the code base to work on is really complex. It required precise practices to be followed and they were.

      Minpunten

      If you can't handle complex code base and follow strict and precise procedures, it ain't for you.
