      - Great goals for the future, which are well known across the company and therefore making it easy for everyone to push towards these. - Awesome people to work with.       - Teams in general are a little stretched due to massive demand, which is a good sign in itself, but it can make days a little busy with so much to do.

      Thank you for your review. It is greatly appreciated and well received. As far as demand on people and workload, I full heartedly agree with you. We have recruited 2 additional full time permanent recruiters in the UK and secured a further 2 dedicated sourcers to work within Appsbroker from one of our partners. We have also now recruited a HR & Talent Director who will join us in January to ensure we are fully focused on getting this right. We have also recruited additional recruiters in Romania to support our teams as well. In parallel, I have also reduced our target utilisation rates by 10% to try and ensure that all team members get time out to do certifications, R&D, training and other cool stuff. However as you quite rightly say we are in great demand and growing way ahead of our plans so we will need to keep running for a while longer in order to keep pace! Thank you for being a part of our team to make this happen and please bear with us a little while longer whilst we bring in new team members.

      Great team!! The collaboration and support to ensure customer success is outstanding. The customer is always first culture rings loud from top down. The culture is fun, hard and smart working and family supportive. The future is so bright and opportunity immense.

      We’re growing very fast and several companies came together at once. Growing pains are both a great thing and a challenge. Backend processes will get addressed.

      - The team here is collaborative and genuinely cares about each other. Management is approachable and encourages open communication. - With the recent acquisitions and all of the integrations necessary to merge resources and priorities -- they are open to all feedback and take it seriously. I feel like it's a team effort. - I am a relatively new hire, and I truly believe there is no ceiling to the impact one person can make to the success of the organization. I believe each persons experience is valued and it is recognized.
