- Teams in general are a little stretched due to massive demand, which is a good sign in itself, but it can make days a little busy with so much to do.

Thank you for your review. It is greatly appreciated and well received. As far as demand on people and workload, I full heartedly agree with you. We have recruited 2 additional full time permanent recruiters in the UK and secured a further 2 dedicated sourcers to work within Appsbroker from one of our partners. We have also now recruited a HR & Talent Director who will join us in January to ensure we are fully focused on getting this right. We have also recruited additional recruiters in Romania to support our teams as well.
In parallel, I have also reduced our target utilisation rates by 10% to try and ensure that all team members get time out to do certifications, R&D, training and other cool stuff. However as you quite rightly say we are in great demand and growing way ahead of our plans so we will need to keep running for a while longer in order to keep pace! Thank you for being a part of our team to make this happen and please bear with us a little while longer whilst we bring in new team members.

We’re growing very fast and several companies came together at once. Growing pains are both a great thing and a challenge. Backend processes will get addressed.
