They have absolutely cut all the innovation out of the company and are driving talent away. When I joined many years ago, our CEO used to ask us not to focus on stock price. By the time I left, there was constant discussion in our all hands about stock price and technical analysis by our CFO on our stock price. I knew at that point how incompetent our management had become.
