Minpunten
No growth in IT. Lot of internal politics. diversity of different ethnic group is reduced & became limited to all local regional employees. Hardly any IT employee retention policy. No onsite travel ! No inter department change. You stuck up with same teams for years. IT not upgrading tech stacks. IT employees treated as second class citizens - due to Engineering driven company. No CMMI processes followed at all. A lot of firing in IT on USA location created a boundary of job security between USA & india employees. New ideas never welcomed atleast on real job functions. TEMP/ consultant employees must must avoid any lucrative offer. Hard to get permanent - believe me.
