- This is really sad to say that a company as big as Qualcomm do not pay well, Salary increases are very low to the point that it is humiliating actually. - In 2022 the inflation rates in Germany reached 11% and even though the company only adjusted the salaries with a 3% increase which is around 120 Euros for a Senior Software Engineer. 120 Euros!! more or less you get a fancy night out that's it!! The sad thing is when I spoke to my manager he told me and this is word for word "Employees are the last thing on the upper management's mind at the moment" I still can't believe a Company as big as Qualcomm treats it's employees with such a mindset...
