Pluspunten
Pretty good company. They pay well and try to encourage a good work life balance. My particular office was mostly gutted by this point, but until the last round it was a good place to work. We were basically a family of co workers who some worked together for over a decade(s).
Minpunten
The past couple of years was just non stop lay offs. Eventually they cut 50% of my office which was real frustrating. It is what it is though. We we're enormously profitable, but with no growth the axes eventually came down. They did give us several years to figure something out, but we never delivered on growth targets. It's annoying but in line with typical corporate mentalities. They were very generous with severance for what it's worth. It wasn't some being locked out bs. So when they cut, they don't through you under the bus, I appreciated that.
