      Good to start working as a fresher

      Minpunten

      No technology improvements . Team lead was terrible. All she did was kept pinging every 5 mins for updates and attend meetings. Never lets us do our work at peace. Too much nagging. Micromanagement. Treats people like they are entitled to do everything they ask us. No work life balance. Doesn’t let us take sick leaves. Have to take permission to take sick leaves. Doesn’t approve any sick or casual leaves.

      . Job interview is easy because it's small company. . All team are seating at same location. So, process of action is very fast from HR an Admin side.

      Minpunten

      . 200 employees company. . Salary cycles is first week of months. . There is not at all work life balance. . HR and management team very cheap and unprofessional. . There is not at all any renversements exist into company . . there is not all stabilities into company.

Leadership is approachable and open to feedback. Fast decision-making. Good exposure to enterprise clients and complex use cases.

      Fast pace can feel demanding during peak releases. Processes are still evolving as the company scales. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity at times.
