If you have an idea they will take it from you and use it with out giving the credit to the appropriate people. Communication is hit and miss. Respect for employees is gravely lacking.

- Great work-life balance. Even when there is a project due very soon. - The pay is okay. Not bad, but not good either. - The management team is nice. Specifically the bosses. They are very nice to the developers and other employees. - If you are a foreigner. They will deal with your immigration problems carefully.

Minpunten

- In the core, they are still a consulting company. So be prepared to be sent out to the clients... Anywhere in the country. - Never heard of any dental plans or 401k. - When they don't have any projects to work on, it seems like the whole company is slowed down, to an extend that nobody seem to have any serious work.
