Looks like during the recent appraisal, some were asked to go due to poor performance. A few decided to go before their review was conducted. Those who wrote that they were treated as slaves, please look at yourself in the mirror. Coming in late constantly, having being able to take medical leave without documentation, would a slave have these privileges? Likely poor output from any employee and constantly missing timelines would invite pushing. How would a company with low output feed the staff? Company is not a charity. I wish all those who left negative remarks all the best in their new jobs. Reflect on yourself and be thankful.

No Company is not perfect. HR policies should be enforced. I understand that some employees were actually given multiple chances with extension of probation but in the end left for another job.
