Their behavior toward employees is often perceived as disrespectful, creating an unhealthy and demoralizing work environment. Legitimate concerns are frequently ignored, and meaningful action is rarely taken to resolve workplace issues. There is a clear lack of established processes, systems, and organizational structure throughout the company. While leadership attempts to retain employees through claims of transparency and honesty, these statements are often inconsistent with reality.
