Arrogant management that is unprofessional. Nepotism. Professional development is not of focus. Attrition rate is extremely high. Expect to work weekends with no benefits or return. Technology is poor. Communication does not flow easily and key decision makers are very slow to react. Executive always looking to blame, key decision makers do not take accountability. Inexperienced leaders that are very distant. All smoke and mirrors with the current leaders. Financially in trouble!

Awesome workplace, awesome people and great place to work at if you are a big fan of rugby.

I was a contracter but the full time employees seem to put in a lot of unpaid overtime.
