If company so established for 40 years, why only started to post in Instagram in 2023? People have started to move on into TikTok by 2020 and yet, unable to accept changes when proposed. 7. Every work have to go through and pending approval by the CEO. Even if you done it earlier and submit to CEO, pending approval by CEO, yet when all is late, it's your fault despite doing your job on time and early. 8. No other benefit whatsoever; parking, no. Toll, no. Medical, just cover RM50 in a receipt. WFH, no, unless requested and for emergency only. 9. Company of 40 years, but all system is still manual using Google Office, not even investing in a proper system that is already established. 10. High turnover rate, regardless of staff or even interns. Some just leave in an overnight without any proper notice because of how bad the management is.
