There have been so many investments in our employees in the year since our divestiture from Dell including immediate targeted increases for five sites where we lagged behind market and full scale compensation planning for the rest of the company. We've enhanced benefits in the US, saving many employees hundreds of dollars in contributions each year. We have also done similar work around the world to ensure that we remain competitive. We have created and inculcated a purposeful culture as exemplified by our Purpose, Vision and Values model. The success of this can be measured in the literally hundreds of peer nominations we get each quarter for our Values awards. Last but not least, we introduced a companywide bonus plans for our noncommissioned employees and made a mid year payout based on results.
