Pluspunten
Great people across all departments: hard working and all want to help you and customers. The company genuinely feels positive about post-Dell with new hiring and product development. Treated like adults, get on and do your job but not micro-managed. Generally speaking Quest is well liked by customers and that makes your job a lot easier. There are new things coming, maybe a sale, maybe an acquire but who knows when? For me, it's exciting stuff joining a billion dollar company with a bit of excitement.
Minpunten
There have be lay offs = bad feelings. The company has changed so much in ownership and decisions have been made that do impact people and I get that leaves a sour taste. No stock or anything of that nature - so a change of direction/ownership could be great but only the those at the top who will benefit from that.
