      Pluspunten

      The culture at Quest is pretty awesome. It is a casual work environment with a lot of younger professionals. Also, the company takes you on a vacation for sales every year to motivate you. The management is very helpful but also inexperienced in the Austin office.

      Minpunten

      Management can improve their training and management skills. It would be great to see more females in management roles as well. The sales compensation is painfully LOW. You do a lot of work and follow up for little pay, even if you are hitting your numbers. When you hundreds of thousands of dollars to millions of product a year and you can’t feed your kids, while the CEO lives lavishly on a lake something is WRONG.

      Pluspunten

      The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

      Minpunten

      As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
