Working here has been a frustrating and eye-opening experience. The company severely underpays its employees and offers almost meaningless salary hikes—sometimes just a few hundred—while leadership continues to reward themselves disproportionately, 5-7 lakhs per month. The gap between employee compensation and management earnings is not just large, it feels unjustifiable.
The overall culture comes across as exploitative. Employees are expected to deliver results without being fairly compensated or recognized. Transparency is practically non-existent, and there is little regard for employee growth or well-being. It often feels like the organization is focused solely on extracting as much value as possible from its workforce while giving very little in return.
There are also concerning practices in how clients, especially in international markets, are handled. From what I’ve observed, the approach raises serious ethical questions and impacts the credibility of the services being delivered.
In short, this is not a company that values its people or operates with strong integrity. I would strongly caution anyone considering joining to think twice.
