- Culture Open Communication - Team members often take the time to help each other with complex problems - Solving interesting and complex problems. Especially in the Digital Health - Believe in writing quality Open Source - Writing blog posts and giving talks for the company are great possibilities to develop other skills

Minpunten

- Low man power means many employees work on multiple projects at the same time, which isn't for everyone. But Malte and Stefan are very understanding and will work with you to make sure you're comfortable in the workplace.

Pluspunten

- Flexibility with working hours and location (remote work). - Opportunity to learn about all stages of medical and non-medical software development. - Extremely friendly environment; this is where the company really shines (team events, yearly trip, daily fikas). It feels like you are working with a group of friends instead of just colleagues.

Minpunten

As a working student, I have not encountered any cons so far.

- Great team, colleagues were very talented and I personally have learned a lot - Great work culture, follows clean work principles. - Young team and everybody is very helpful, you can openly communicate - No language barrier since English is the main language - Great location (centrally located in Munich)

Minpunten

Specifically in web development low man power, but since most of the projects focuses on mobile app development this was not a big issue

Danke für dein ehrliches Feedback! :) Inzwischen haben wir auch mehr Entwickler, die sich auf die Webentwicklung konzentrieren.
