Great work place with very friendly coworkers

Depending on the position and projects there are some travel demands

Nothing comes to mind, honestly.

Ownership and upper management truly only care about making and keeping their money. They maintain a friendly demeanor towards employees and subcontractors, but all they see are dollar signs. They underbid projects, underpay their superintendents, hire cheap and often very inexperienced labor, and race to the finish line without any regard for anyone but their clients. I was an employee for over 2 years and for most of that time, we didn't have a functioning bathroom with hand soap, our laborers were constantly being let go or stopped showing up due to low wages, and we weren't given a fraction of the support we asked for on site. Many if not most of the superintendents and laborers RCL hired while I worked there were drug users and people with anger issues. They demanded that all subcontractors wore a company shirt Monday through Friday, but refused to give people more than one shirt, instead saying "rinse it in the sink and wear it again tomorrow". There was no concern for day to day quality of life, only whether or not the project timeline was being met.
