Stressful work-life balance with a lot of short notice travel and 24/7/365 on-call expectations. Limited potential for progression within the company due to long tenures and mismanagement. Budget is wasteful and used toward unnecessary hard assets over people. Bureaucracy often used as an excuse instead of just getting things done. You will be fired upon giving your two weeks notice.
