Pluspunten
Great people work here at R&B, they are very knowledgeable and hard working. Management is always trying to find innovative ways to grow the company. The pay is on par with most IT companies out there that serve small to mid-sized businesses. They also work with you on your schedule, and I've never been turned down when requesting time off.
Minpunten
I'm not sure where this company is headed. It is a small company of about 15 employees that cannot seem to get enough clientele for the tech support side, and so that side of the company in which I work is never profitable. They also cannot afford a retirement plan, medical, or paid training.
