1. They call themselves Advantest just to attract new employees. But in reality they are just Altanova Pakistan PVT LTD. They are not even registered as R&D Altanova in Pakistan 2. The new HR manager has no experience of dealing with highly qualified engineers because he has previous experience of handling restaurant staff. 3. There is no growth in design department. The Top management is very toxic and mirco management is at its peak 4. The entire company is run by HR head and Director and they modify all company policies for their favourite employees. (Sethiya company) 5. If you are good at work, your managers will feel insecure and they will not promote you. 6. Favouritism is at its peak. If you have good relation with HR head and Company director then only you will be successful in this organization
