Anything beyond a 4% raise won't be approved due to "budget constraints", yet somehow the company is able to acquire other companies every 1-2 years for 10s of millions of dollars. I have changed roles twice now into completely different areas, was promised raises by senior leadership for the expanded scope, then nothing happened. Benefits suck.
