There are no pro's... This is hands down the worst work experience I've EVER had!!!!! Everyday I look for something, anything else to do.

Managers are not knowledgeable, but consistently make the worst decisions. There is ZERO opportunity for personal or professional growth. It's difficult to grow because no one knows anything to teach you. No communication, organization, or accountability.
