Extreme call centre burn out, limited time between each call, micromanaging, almost unattainable, unrealistic KPI’s and adherence goals - realistically only have room for one toilet break during the day (beside breaks, & even then, only one 30 min unpaid lunch break) & if you need to do multiple, you get micromanaged for it. very sales focused even though we are in a cost of living crisis, not many development opportunities unless you can achieve these almost unattainable goals & work through the burnout with 0 sick days
