There is a bottle neck for every department and they promote who they want to. They claim to support DEI but when clients are getting deported by ICE they are silent, expecting staff to continue working like nothing is happening. They are performative. They are unwilling to work with accommodations as an employee and as a potential new hire. They continue to have a bloated upper management, people in positions that no one knows what they do, while increasing case loads from 27 on average to 32 on average, without increasing pay. This is also happens with more and more chronically ill clients; meaning staff have the most clients they have ever had and the sickest clients they have ever had. These things have been happening year over year since the new CEO has taken over. They ended bonuses in December 2025 with no notice to employees, when it has been done since the company started. If you demonstrate being capable at your job, they will over work you and take advantage of you, while other staff barely complete their work. Supervisors are hit or miss. If there is an issue, they don’t do anything anyways, unless of course you are pointing out the problem. Benefits are awful, took away wellness program that helped with HSA.

The pay was poor. HR was not professional. I had more than enough qualifications, including a Masters degree in mental health and they would not move me up despite my efforts to be consistent and work hard. The management team was disorganized and not supportive. Staff would donate items so the Clients would have productive resources and activities to do between groups snd one on ones. The hours changed and there is no consideration for the worker and their need for balance. Burnout is high and its a revolving door of staff. It does not pay competitively and the benefits are not worth it. They will not re-hire you on for anything either. They do not value the workers.
